Free UK Delivery on orders over £30 
 
Orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after Friday 2pm will be dispatched on the next working day. If the order is placed on a public holiday, the order will be dispatched the next working day.  Please email us via  wellbeing@beneesse.co.uk if your order is urgent. 

We currently offer UK shipping only. 
 
You will normally receive your items within 1 – 3 working days (mainland UK only). Deliveries to Highlands & Islands. Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles & Isle of Wight may take longer. 

If your order is lost in the post we will send you a replacement according to the timescale designated by the chosen courier for items to be considered lost. 

All orders are sent with proof of postage and insurance. If you do not receive your order within the stated times please contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, resend your order. Please note that all deliveries are made via third parties and are subject to their terms and conditions. Although we make our best efforts to get your order to you as quickly as possible we are not able to guarantee levels of delivery service and timescales for delivery. 

Returns 

In the event of being unsatisfied with the quality of the product, please email us via wellbeing@beneesse.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the product for a full refund. Sale items are non-refundable. Please note that refunds will exclude any postage costs. 

Refunds can only be processed with proof of purchase. This can be the sales receipt, a bank statement or an online sales invoice. 

Please note that we are unable to accept any returned CBD products that have no seal or have been used in any way, as this would constitute a Health and Safety risk due to hygiene reasons.  If your item arrives faulty/damaged we will exchange or refund. We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund/replacement item and to recover the cost of the returns delivery from you in the event that the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery or has been used or has signs of use. This does not affect your statutory rights.
